Two Wire Hydraulic Hose Means that the Hose is reinforced with two Layers of Braided
High Tensile Steel Wire. The High Tensile Steel braided wire is designed to withstand the
High 3,000 to 5,000 psi Internal Pressures yet still allow the Hose to
Move and still be Flexible when operating under these high pressures.

ENGMATTEC Hydraulic Hose is Certified to meet or exceed U.S, SAE100R2AT
as well as German DIN EN853 2SN Specifications.

Construction
Synthetic rubber inner tube with Two layers of braided high tensile steel wire reinforcement
and a wrapped, Oil, Ozone, Weather, and Abrasion Resistant synthetic rubber outer cover.

Applications
High-pressure service with petroleum base hydraulic fluids, Hot and Cold water, Compressed Air,
Water-glycol, water-oil, fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, hot oil grease, lubricants, crude, and fuel oils.
For air applications above 100 PSI, the outer cover of the hydraulic hose should be pinpricked.
