This is a great value 240 volt workshop crimping machine for both hydraulic hoses, & steel pipe resizing.

This crimper has a 2.2Kw motor making over 300Bar , 4500psi & will produce over 400 tonnes of crimping force. You are able to control the crimping operation from either the control panel or via an foot pedal. Once the correct die set is inserted to fit your desired crimp range, final crimp size adjustment is done via the adjust knob on the crimping head.

It comes with 9 sets of Dies to suit from 1/4" hose to 1.1/2" Multispiral hose swages.

You will require up to 70 litres of Hydraulic 46 oil to fill the reservoir. If room temperatures drop below 10* C degrees, 10% transformer oil should be added. This machine is made in china. Please see our other listings for Euro made Finn Powers to see price differences.

Commissioning. This machine is very top heavy! Take great care unloading & moving it. It can topple very easily!

Fill with oil. Turn the machine on for a test run, and observe if all actions are normal. If the head is behaving oddly or there is an odd oscillating action, the bleed screw on the oil cylinder top should be unscrewed to exhaust trapped air.

There is no quick change Die set handle available with this machine. Dies must be hand inserted,

The warranty is for 1 year. All parts are readily available for our customers. We warrant our products for faulty parts and defective workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect or irregular maintenance and accidents during use.
If a product or part is faulty, we require it to be sent back to us including a copy of the Tax Invoice. Once the item or part is tested and is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty.
