Custom Hydraulic Hose Assembly 3/8" Two Wire 4,800 psi Crimped Ends BSP, JIC, or ORFS

Hydraulic hose with crimped ends Custom made with the BSP JIC or ORFS fittings and length of your choice.

Using 3/8 inch EngMatTec brand two wire hydraulic hose rated to 4,800 psi (330 bar) with crimped on one or two piece hose ends in the thread of your choice.

Threads available are BSP, JIC and ORFS in straight Female or Male and 90 degree swept bend elbow made to the length of your choice.

Size & end options are in price box. If you would like a specific length made & crimped, please buy the closest size
(must be longer than you need) & message us with the overall length required.

* Always measure from the very end of the fittings on both ends ( OA ) as per photos.

Please note we cannot crimp 90° fittings to both ends as we don't know which way to face them as we will not know the orientation. If you must use 90 elbows at both ends we sell 45° & 90° adaptors in another listing please see links below.

Simply choose one 90 crimped onto one end, plus a straight & use an adapter on one end.

Best way to identify a thread is to measure the matching Male thread OD.

Application

Construction Synthetic rubber tube: two braids of special high tensile steel wire reinforcement separated by synthetic rubber layer; oil, weather and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber outer cover. Application Medium to High-Pressure hydraulic lines. Suitable for petroleum based hydraulic fluids, synthetic esters, biodegradable hydraulic fluids, water glycol-based fluids, and air. For air applications above 100psi the cover should be pin pricked. Range of Temperature -40˚C to +100˚C Couplings
