This hose is Certified to work without failure a minimum of 200,000 Impulse Cycles (equivalent to almost 1000 excavator earth moving hours) at 133% of maximum pressure (4820 psi) and at 100% of maximum temperature 120 °C.

Use this hose when you want a flexible connection between to moving components e.g. Rams and motors on Earth Moving Manufacturing Transport and Marine equipment.

Made in Europe to SAE (Society Of Automotive Engineers) Specs SAE 100R2AT MSHA (Mine Safety Health Administration) certification. We have used this excellent hose extensively to make effective repairs and new installs to all sorts of equipment from our mobile hydraulic service trucks. It has a great tough outer cover, yet is very flexible for ease of fitting. This hose is a quality product, beware of inferior hydraulic hose products.

Application

High pressure service with petroleum base hydraulic fluids, water, Air, Water-glycol, water-oil, fire resistant hydraulic fluids, hot oil grease, lubricants, crude and fuel oils. For air applications above 100 PSI the cover should be pin pricked.
