CROSS LINE RELIEF OR COUNTER BALANCE VALVES OR SHUTTLE VALVE TO SUIT;

BMP/BMR/BMSY SERIES GEROLER MOTOR

These are a 'Bolt on' unit designed only to fit our BMP / BMR & BMSY orbital motors. Simply bolt on & porting size remains the same size. Cross line relief is ideal for Slashers etc, where if the motors rotation is obstructed, the relief is able to instantly allow oil pressure to bypass, therefore avoiding damage to equipment. These valves have two adjustments for both directions, so it is possible to set one direction at a different relief pressure.

Pressure ranges available.

10-110 Bar

20-210 Bar STANDARD

70-350 Bar

The counter balance valve is ideal for applications such as winching or craning. It can be adjusted to allow loads, ie fishing nets, crane loads, to only travel out at a controlled speed even if there are heavy forces involved. Without these, fishing nets etc can pull out at a uncontrolled rate. The counter balance valve has the two adjustments for both directions.

These valves all come with 1/2" BSP threaded ports (1/4" case drain counter balance valve only).

Bolts required, (not supplied)

Cross Line Relief, MAX FLOW 40 Lpm

BMP / BMR = M8 x 40mm Cap Screw

BMSY = M10 x 40mm Cap Screw

Counter balance valves, MAX FLOW 60 Lpm

BMP / BMR = M8 x 50mm Cap Screw 70-250 Bar range

BMSY = M8 x 80mm Cap Screw 100-350 bar range
