If you have recently seen on your 996 or 997 Porsche Turbo dashboard a red warning light stating "Failure spoiler control"
or you have noticed the unbalanced or lopsided operation of the Rear Spoiler during lifting and dropping or
a wet-looking or Oily hose connection on the bottom of one or both of the Rear Spoiler Hydraulic Actuators, then your Hydraulic Rear Spoiler system is due for an overhaul.

This price is for you or your mechanic to remove, carefully pack and send Your Spoiler Cylinders, Pump and Hoses to us
for a Professional, Thorough and Complete Inspection, Overhaul, Reseal, and Pressure Test.

We will Professionally Strip and Overhaul the Leaking and or Malfunctioning Electro Hydraulic Rear Spoiler / Wing Lift and Drop System fitted to your Porsche 996 or 997 Turbo (2001 to 2012)

then disconnecting and remove the Hydraulic Pump hoses and Actuators from under the rear engine cover.

Included in the price is all that we will do to fully and completely overhaul your Porsche 996 / 997 Turbo Rear Spoiler Lift and Drop System.

• Strip Down down all components (Including the Two Hydraulic Lift Actuators and the twin-piston Electro-Mechanical Pump)
• Inspect, clean up and measure all parts.
• Dismantle, Remanufacture, and Reseal the two main "single acting" Spoiler hydraulic lift cylinders with higher pressure barrels and new long life "nitrile" O rings and seals. (Our Unique Re-Barrel process allows for any future service work to be much more maintenance friendly and economical)
• The Twin Piston Electro-Mechanical Hydraulic Pump is dismantled and all components are checked for excess wear cracks or damage.
• Pressure testing the new remanufactured barrels and hoses to 70 bar (1,000 psi)
• Connect all system components and hoses together, bleed the system to remove all trapped air,
  and Pressure Test for correct and even operation so that all you have to do is fit them back
  into your vehicle after we ship them back to you.

Any other additional parts that may be required for example the replacement of
Broken Retract Springs and or a
Pump Bearing block
Electric Motor parts
will be quoted separately.
We do have turning and milling machinery as well as 3D Printing Equipment so most new parts can be manufactured cost-effectively in-house.
