Ready to fit Radio Remote control & 5 Spool Monoblock Hydraulic Flow Control ValveThis is our most popular tilt tray remote control package.
It is made up of a brand new high monoblock Valve rated to 80 liter per minute 315 bar valve complete with a 6-button radio remote control unit.
It has 5 levers, 3 of which are remotely operated, whilst the other two are manual controls only.

Designed for Tilt Tray Trucks, Cranes. Skip Bin Trucks, Front end Loaders, Backhoes, or any application where you need to control 5 individual cylinders or hydraulic motors (ie winches).
This unit can replace most medium to large tilt tray trucks' existing spool valves. Simply bolt on, & either re-attach your existing hoses, or if different thread, buy adaptors (we can supply cheaply) to make your existing hose threads compatible.
The remote unit simply needs power, 12 or 24 volts, & basic wiring to the valve solenoids(wiring diagram provided).
The only other item needed is 4 mm nylon tubing and clean dry air from your truck's air supply for the pneumatic solenoids and spool actuators. Solenoids come complete with push-fit air fittings.
The 6-button remote comes with a transmitter and a receiver, the receiver also has a keypad that can also be used directly to control the valve.
Levers are still attached for convenient use. This valve comes standard with 5-cylinder spools, which means when the lever/or button are released, the tray, winch, etc will lock in place.
These valves are regularly used in hydraulic circuits to divert the flow of high-pressure oil and are typically used to control the speed and movement of hydraulic cylinders or motors.

These 80 LPM valves require a separate "Power Beyond" sleeve to operate a valve downstream.
The detent is when you push/pull a lever, it stays forward/back at that position until you move it back to the center.
Installation As per the listing photos, there is a choice of two pressure ports "P" (only use one), two "T" Tank return ports and also there is a "C" port. This "C" port is for the: Power Beyond function. This allows another valve to run pressure from this C port downstream if necessary. (must be a lower volume though). A & B ports run to your cylinder or other functions.
