If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Change of mind:
If you have changed your mind about a product you have purchased, we will accept the return. Please note the following conditions for change of mind returns:
- Shipping is at the buyer’s expense
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- To initiate a return or exchange, please complete contact us
Defective items:
All products we sell come with a minimum 12-month warranty. If your product is defective, you will receive a full refund provided the product is returned to us. We will cover the shipping costs for defective item returns.
Shipping Information
All shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on item size and location. For larger items, we will work with you to organize transportation that suits your requirements.
