Electrically Controlled Cetop 3 Hydraulic Oil Control Manifold 50 Lt/min Cherry Picker / Truck
12 - 24 Volt DC or 240 Volt AC Electrically Controlled Cetop 3 Hydraulic Oil Control valves mounted onto a precision machined Parallel drilled Aluminium Manifold.
Pressure rated to 200 bar and Oil flows to 50 Lt/min.
New design for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 single or double acting functions:
A multistation hydraulic manifold: is essentially the "central nervous system" of a hydraulic machine. By mounting multiple CETOP 3 (NG6) directional control valves onto a single "monolithic" block, you eliminate excessive plumbing, reduce leak points, and create a compact control center for complex machinery.
System Comparison: Multistation Manifold vs. Traditional Line-Mounted Valves.
| Feature | Multistation Manifold (CETOP 3) | Traditional Line-Mounted |
|---|---|---|
| Leak Potential | Low: Internal galleries replace multiple external hoses. | High: Dozens of extra fittings and hose ends that can weep. |
| Installation Space | Compact: Valves are "stacked" in a neat, central bank. | Bulky: Requires a large "spiderweb" of hoses across the chassis. |
| Maintenance Speed | Fast: Swap a single valve by removing 4 bolts; no plumbing required. | Slow: Must drain lines and disconnect hoses to replace a valve. |
| Vibration Resistance | Excellent: Solid block design handles rough Aussie roads and site work. | Fair: Hoses can rub (chafe) and fittings can vibrate loose over time. |
| System Protection | Integrated: Usually features a built-in Main Relief Valve (MRV). | External: Requires an extra separate component plumbed into the line. |
The Multistation Hydraulic Manifold: Versatility and Control
The multistation manifold serves as a high-efficiency distribution hub for both industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. When fitted with CETOP 3 (NG6) valves, it provides precise, modular control over multiple independent functions—such as Extend/Retract, Forward/Reverse, or On/Off—from a single Oil pressure supply and a Single Tank return.
While standard on equipment like Cherry Pickers, Truck-Mounted Cranes, and Tilt Trays, this setup is equally vital in the following sectors:
1. Mobile & Transport Infrastructure
- Waste Management Trucks: Used to sequence the hopper sweep, packer blade, and bin lifter functions.
- Recovery Vehicles: Controls the independent operation of the winch motor, the bed slide, the Bed Tilt and the rear stabilizer legs or T bar functions.
- Agricultural Seeders: Manages the folding of wing booms for transport and the engagement of the hydraulic fan motors.
2. Industrial Manufacturing & Automation
- Hydraulic Press Lines: Operates auxiliary functions like part ejectors, safety gates, and material positioning clamps.
- Conveyor Systems: Synchronises multiple hydraulic motors for sorting, lifting, or diverting products on high-torque production lines.
- Injection Molding Support: Controls core-pulling cylinders that move intricate parts of a mold before the main clamp opens.
3. Construction & Specialized Plant
- Drilling Rigs: Manages the positioning jacks (outriggers), the rod handler arms, and the breakout clamps.
- Concrete Pumps: Controls the deployment of the multi-stage placing boom and the outrigger stabilisation.
Why Use a CETOP 3 Multistation Setup?
- Modular Maintenance: If one function fails, you can swap a single CETOP valve without disturbing the rest of the plumbing.
- Space Efficiency: Consolidating valves into a "stack" or "bank" saves significant amount of Space (smaller footprint) compared to line-mounted valves.
- Reduced Leakage: Internal galleries replace external hoses and fittings, which are the primary failure points in high-vibration mobile environments.
- Integrated Features: Many manifolds include built-in Main Relief Valves (MRV) to protect the entire system from over-pressurization.
- Cetop 3 solenoid valves and Aluminium manifolds are designed for: Oil flows up to 50 Lt/min at pressures up to 3,000 psi (200 bar)
High quality electrically operated Cetop 3 solenoid valves, ideal for use with cherry pickers, skip trucks & would also be suitable for tilt trays. This is a fairly simple to install unit, requiring only 12v or 24v cable and an operating panel or switches installed in the desired location (with toggle buttons). Prices vary depending on number of stations required. You will require one station per cylinder/function.

Comes standard with 'cylinder' spools:. This means when buttons are not being pushed the cylinders will 'lock' in position.
When using a Parallel Drilled Manifold: a 2 position unloader valve must also be used and installed at the last station position.
Important: Wiring Your Solenoid Coils
To get your hydraulic functions working, you need to wire them in pairs with the Unloader Valve.
The Rule: Whenever you trigger a function (like 'Extend' or 'Retract'), the Unloader Valve coil must also be energised at the same time.
Why is this necessary?
- The Default State: In its normal flow state, the Unloader Valve is "Normally Open." This means the hydraulic oil simply flows through the unloader valve and dumps back into the tank, and no pressure can build up.
- The Fix: When you wire your function coil and the Unloader coil together, the Unloader valve "closes or blocks" the return path.
This forces the oil to stay in the manifold and provides the pressure needed to move your cylinders or motors. Using Diodes for "One-Way" Power
When wiring the unloader's solenoid coil back to your other functions, you must use a diode on each connection.- The Reason: A diode acts like a "one-way valve" for electricity. It allows power to flow from your joystick or switch to the Unloader Valve, but it prevents the current from spreading back to the other functions.
- The Result: Without diodes, pressing "Extend" on one cylinder would cause every other cylinder on the manifold to move at once!
Simple Tip: If your solenoids are clicking but your rams aren't moving, check that your Unloader Valve is getting power!
Please be aware that only one function can be operated at a time. Manual control levers are available for each function as required at additional cost.
We now have optional wiring harness to aid install. Optional Wiring Harness photo below is an harness, not included with this listing.
IMPROPER SELECTION, INSTALLATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND/OR OPERATION BY ANYONE OTHER THAN PERSONS WITH APPROPRIATE TECHNICAL AND MECHANICAL TRAINING CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. PROPER PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY PROCEDURES SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT.
